Our policy offers a full refund of non-perishable products within 30 days of your date of purchase. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request. Troothshop and our payment process will submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card. 

 

Refund Policy for Physical Products

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

See Returns Policy. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact our customer support team. Products that are personalised with engraving have a different return policy. The engraving price will not be refunded. Also, the shipping costs of the return will be the responsibility of the customer unless there is a manufacturing error or a product defect. In case you wish to exchange the item and want to add engraving on the backplate of the new watch, you should pay for the engraving price. 

 

Refund Policy for Perishable Products

Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items that expire sooner than 1 month from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund.

For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase. The item must be unopened and in its original condition. Contact our customer services department to get a free shipping label.

If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.
